Where is Sixty5 Self Storage located?

Sixty5 Self Storage is located at 2107 South Eastgate Avenue, Springfield, MO 65809. Turn south on Bedford St. near the Sam's Club at Sunshine and Hwy 65. We are located a half of a mile from there.

What are the office hours?

The office is open Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

When can I access my storage unit?

Access your belongings 7 days a week from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Am I required to store long term?

We never require our tenants to store long-term at Sixty5 Self Storage. We offer flexible month-to-month leases. Store with us for a few months up to a few years.

How do I know what size storage unit I need to rent?

We have an easy to use online storage unit size guide calculator. Just add your items to the calculator and the unit calculator will provide you with a unit size suggestion based on your added items. You can also reach out to our staff and they'll be happy to provide you with a recommendation.

Do you provide pest control?

Sixty5 Self Storage not only has a professional pest control company that comes out to treat our public areas, hallways, and empty storage units quarterly; but we also do a 12 month treatment around the perameter of our storage unit prior to your move in.

What precautions do you take to help protect my belongings?
Your belongings are always safe and sound at Sixty5 Self Storage. Safety, security and cleanliness are our top priorities. Our storage center is being video recorded 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our 49 state-of-the-art high definition security cameras through out our building and the parking lot. We have one entrance for our tenants in order to monitor who is coming and going. Two phase entrance with a camera and monitor in tenant lobby, so people know as soon as they walk in that they are being recorded.

What is your move out process?
When you are ready to end your rental, we require our tenants to provide us with a written 2 week intent to vacate notice. This can be via email, text message or stopping by the office to fill out a form.



How do I rent a storage unit?

Rent a storage unit online or stop by the facility during our office hours.

Am I able to purchase boxes and supplies?

Purchase boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and much more from the office during business hours. Everything we offer is competitively priced.

How do I pay my storage bill?

Pay your monthly storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also pay at the office.

Do you offer climate-controlled storage units?

We do offer climate-controlled storage units. These self storage units are perfect for environmentally-sensitive items such as documents, books, furniture, and tool sets. Our storage units minimize the chance of rust, corrosion, mold, mildew, and other potential damage caused by intense temperatures and humidity levels. Advertised sizes of units are an approximation and may vary on a unit by unit basis.

Do I need to provide my own lock for my storage unit?

Yes, we do require our tenants to provide their own disc lock. These can be purchased at any hardware store or we have them available to purchase in our office. Disc Lock Example

What items cannot be stored?

Unlawful items, explosives, highly flammable materials, goods or substances, corrosive, hazardous or toxic materials, goods or substances, or any other materials, goods, or substances which would cause damage or contamination to the space, and perishable food items.

With having only one entrance, how do I get my items to my storage unit?

There are carts and dollies located in our tenant lobby area to ease the loading and unloading process. We also provide 2 cargo elevators to assist in the process if you're on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

What about insurance?
Our tenants are required to maintain insurance on their belongings. We do offer a variety of insurance policies at an additional cost.
